Excited to have Rebecca Emma Anne on the class of the day thread on the community tab! She will be sharing her top classes for 7 days! Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? Feeling lazy or unmotivated to get to your mat and start stretching? It might not be just about your energy levels—your environment could be playing a big role. Let’s clear the clutter 💪 This challenge is inspired by one of Aligns amazing members, Rachel Carroll , who turned to minimalism after years of living with clutter. Her journey started by clearing out her physical space, and she found that creating space in her home was the first step in creating space for herself. With a simpler environment, Rachel now trains seven days a week with Align! Why Clutter Matters for Training✨💓 Having a tidy, open space can help you find calm, allowing you to focus more deeply during your sessions. Less visual noise equals less mental noise. When your space is clear, you’re free to move, breathe, and connect with yourself without distractions. How to Take Part in the Challenge? Day 1: Get rid of 1 item you don’t need. Day 2: Get rid of 2 items. Day 3: 3 items... and so on. By the end of the month, you’ll have cleared out 465 items! 🥳 As proof that you have discarded what no longer serves your space you are required to take a picture of your item/ items and post it on here. 😌 Who’s in? 💪

We have Marla with us this week sharing her top classes  😍 Here is her story ⬇️

Even though the pandemic was horrible in so many ways it also opened up a wonderful world of virtual training. I started training with Felicity in May of 2020 through live classes and have continued through these 4 years with Align. I’ve done every single class on the platform at least once. Including several of the challenges 5+ times for competition training warmups. I hated stretching and was very immobile when I started and now I look forward to stretching sometimes getting lost in it for hours at a time. I’ve gained flat cold splits and oversplits throughout.

She’s amazing and so inspiring !☺️✨

Marie will be sharing her top 7 classes this week!😍

Marie has been an Align member since 2022-05-25  here are some words from her.

' Never been a bendy queen in my whole life (turning 42 years now in September) I could do a simple bridge as a kid but nothing else, always struggled with stiff hamstrings even as a kid. Always dreamed about doing the splits and as a 38 year old I finally managed after using the right technique for my body muscles and tendons. That new awareness of that I could actually do the splits made me found Align since I wanted to maintain my new flexibility skill and also as a pole dancer and found Felicity more than amazing which both her pole and flexibility ability. Shortly after I joined Align I was in an accident where my knee got injured but align helped me maintain strengthen and advanced my muscles and flexibility during the healing process. I did a surprisingly comeback and got back at poledancing and became more bendier than ever, I even won 3rd place in a competition using skills and techniques I learned from alignwithfelicity in the performance. I love Align ...its a lifestyle! You get yoga meditation stretching and poledance in one app. And I love the community everyone’s so sweet sharing their struggles but also everyone’s success. It’s an honour to be representing “class-of-the-day” for a week xoxo'

Back in London ! At my friends house who has the most adoreable hairless sphinx cats 🐈😍the flight back from Thailand was pretty long and tough 😩 I have developed a fear of flying out of nowhere and I had severe anxiety most of the way which was hard to deal with . (Need to do some work around this) so happy to be back on land 😎 sending lots of love from London 🇬🇧

Leaving Thailand tomorrow! I travelled back to Bangkok and it took 12 hours 😟🤯 there was many delays and so much waiting. I took the long way back (wrong decision ) ! Finally we arrived and my energy and patience had completely run out. Orlando was moaning and complaining the whole journey (which I understand) but it was hard and frustrating . I had the biggest mummy meltdown when we reached Bangkok 🙄 I could not contain it any longer. I cried for about 30 minutes pretty hysterically. Good news is I feel lighter after it. I think it’s important to just let emotions out to to clear whatever is there…. I have another huge travel back to London tomorrow so please wish me luck 😅 After London I will see some friends and then go to Scotland to see the family. I look forward to being at my Mums house (and not being the only Mum ) 🫣🥰 Sending love and flexy wishes to you all ! Xxx

I met a friend here who makes clothes from recycled fabric. She does graffiti style and uses spray paints. So I have been helping her on the beach today decorating bikinis and then bending in them! Was really fun .

Also Orlando had met a new friend at the beach and had been very entertained 👌🏻
Tomorrow I am going to a different studio (with air con) a little further away to check it out. I’ve only pole danced once since I’ve been on this island 😫So hoping for a successful training session 💕🙏🏻

Sending lots of happy vibes your way xx
