Todays rubber band class made my ass BURN! π₯ That class Iβm gonna save as a favorite π―ππ¦Ύπͺπ½ and I also enjoyed the box split class also a new favorite β¨
Day 4 : Head over to the challenge playlist . Todayβs classes are the weekly glute activation class. π 15 minute Booty band and Align favourite Box splits blast π₯
After these sessions you have the next few days to rest π§ββοΈ catch up πββοΈ or choose your own Align class .

My hips has become stiffer after a lot of traumatic event in my private life lately so this challenge is so perfect atm β¨π
I missed the live class so I did the yoga wheel class instead βΊοΈ
This is my starting point.
Canβt hold it that long but I am happy I still get so low with not stretching a lot in the past few months because life was so stressful βΊοΈ
