Feels so good to be back training after a little break! β¨π Promised myself to do back bends, chest stands or forearm stands (and if I dare hand stands) every day for the rest of the month. Ocktober gonna be my self care/me time month π―π¦ΎπͺποΈ

Caught up on the needle today!
The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.

I realised that I am leaving for Italy in just over a week! Suddenly the time went fast and I donβt even have my costume or routine for my guest show at a competition I am judging. Some things never change thatβs why I usually freestyle π I am a very last minute girl . π₯Ί can you guys help me with my show πI will post some costume ideas soon and you can help me pick !
