Hi all!
For day four one of my favourite videos for the middle splits πŸ€ΈπŸ»β€β™€οΈ
Until recently I have been quite anxious about training my middle splits, but with this class I am slowly but surely getting closer to the ground!
I love a shorter class too as I can do them after work or training still!
Also, gotta love the ducks πŸ’–

Hi lovelies!!
Todays class suggestion is an amazing stretch for the glutes!
This class got me into my front split more comfortably and helped me to get my oversplits!
As I have pelvic pains and problems my glutes also tend to be very tight, stretching them really gives me pain relief in my glutes and lowerback.
I always forgot to stretch them but am so happy I do now 😍

Hi All,
Welcome to day 2 πŸ€©πŸ’–
Today for some backbends πŸ’– I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders 🀩
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge πŸ’–

Hello my flexy friends!
This week I will give you my suggestions for the 'class of the day'
Today we discussed about mental well beimg in the accountability meeting. One of my favourite coping strategies is yin yoga.
So I thought it would be nice to start the week with one of my all time favourites!
After the class 'yin hips' I always feel calm, centered and just so relieved 🩷

Forearm stands are a bit too scary to me still but tried this scorpion handstand today for the first time and managed to hold it for maybe 3 seconds without touching the wall. Thank you for the amazing challenge and all the inspiration! πŸ₯° #21dayflexystandchallenge
