Sunday day 7: This is my in the moment favorite since I’m challenging myself with this task at the moment. It’s called “Forearm stands & bridge kick over” and is a pole combo challenge with Felicitys sexy signature moves.. 🧨💥👠 The combo is in 4 parts classes with a pre stretch class before each and every part.

Orlando went back to the school today after a really long summer holiday! Having time again feels like a luxury ⏰ 🤗😀 (p.s I haven’t been at the pool side all day. This photo isn’t that relevant haha)😹

Although I had not prepared my body properly, it went better because now there is muscles memory🙌🏽!

Hii! Here is day 4!
The last pick is more or less how i feel trying to get my forearm stand 😆
I felt more strong today although it was a tough day because my cat had to go to the vet ( he is feeling much better now!!).
Still def cant find my balancing point. I think i will try with the sofa tomorrow. I am doing my best to keep my lower back in check but it feels like it just wants to flop around haha.
Anyway! I trained! Yay! ❤️✨️

Saturday day 6: The “Straddles & Spatchcocks” class is one of my top list class when it comes to hips opening exercises. This is a good class if you want to work on your box splits & tight hamstrings aswell..✨
