I met a friend here who makes clothes from recycled fabric. She does graffiti style and uses spray paints. So I have been helping her on the beach today decorating bikinis and then bending in them! Was really fun .
Also Orlando had met a new friend at the beach and had been very entertained 👌🏻
Tomorrow I am going to a different studio (with air con) a little further away to check it out. I’ve only pole danced once since I’ve been on this island 😫So hoping for a successful training session 💕🙏🏻

Been enjoying training in the air conditioned gym the past few mornings. I love stretching outside but getting too many mosquito bites 😝 I always think my flexibility feels at its best after a workout! Do you guys go to the gym ? And do you stretch after ? 💕🏋️♀️

I met another single mother yesterday with two kids they were playing lots with Orlando so managed to have pinacolada and a nice chill out.
I am stretching sporadically when I can and using the gym in the complex I am staying at a little.
