😍 I’m gonna try this one! I LOVE Yin yoga deep stretches and this class I’ve never seen before ✨

I love to stretch meditate dance take a walk by the water or taking a hot shower/bath when I’m feeling low. The hardest part is to push through and actually do it instead of getting paralyzed and stuck in those bad emotions when they come. I’m high sensetive so I’m really effected by people and environments.
