This is the only picture I’ve managed to take this week. Picture taken after the “Contortion backbends” class I also managed to hold my longest stay in my forearm practice (5 seconds) so this is a huge progress for me! 🥳

I’ve been having my period this week and only done yin yoga classes until today.

The classes I’ve been taking this week:

Wednesday: “Stretch & relieve stress”

Thursday: “Upper body Yin evening class” & K.H Yoga wheel stretches for tight upper body”

Friday: “Yin hips A deep restorative treat for your hip Relax and let go”

Saturday: “Internal hips release” & “15 min lower back relieve yoga guest class w. Katarina”

Sunday: “Contortion & backbends”

Totally missed this last class. But catched up today and found my longest balance (5 seconds) in my forearm practice to date! 😁

I’ve really enjoyed it! It has opened up both my shoulders and hips as I wished so I’m satisfied with the results. I also did the extrem stretching series beside this challange (only 3 classes left) so that to helped the process ✨

Looking forward to next challange! Couldn’t join today’s yoga stretch live class because of work. Hope you had a nice class 💕

I can feel that my back has gotten more flexible & that my shoulders getting less stiff. Love this challange! It has made me stay consistent with my training ✨

What I would like to see happening now during the last part of this challenge is that my hips start to soften up more since I feel quite stiff in that part of the body🧘🏼‍♀️ 💭
