Tuesday & just completed the “K.Y Yoga wheel full body stretch” class ✨💫

New Week.. ✨💫I’ve been off the last couple of days having period pain & had to listen to my body to take a little rest.. Today I’m feeling back on track again. Last week I still managed to take some classes before the blood show came a long:

Monday: “30min back & hips fusion” class

Wednesday: “Shoulders unleashed” “Neck stretching bliss” & “15min sound healing upper & lower body” class

Thursday: “Strong back” & “Upper back bliss online” class
