It feels good. Iโ€™m a little sore on my left side so Iโ€™m putting in extra nurturing stretches n warmup on that side before I go inte splits. If Iโ€™m doing right side split twice I alway do one extra the left trying to even them out ๐Ÿคธ

Right side split comes more natural 2 me & I can see in this picture that itโ€™s both more flat n straight๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿฝ

Done! โœ”๏ธ Left split picture..and the one Iโ€™m struggling with the most. I always do one extra time on this side since itโ€™s weaker & since I canโ€™t do this one on my first time tying most of the times ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ

Done! โœ”๏ธJust finished day2. Feeling a big differences between right n left hamstring. My left one I so much more stiffer. Hoping to get a steady left split after this challange. I already got my right one and want to be balanced and even with splits on both sides.
