I’m gonna start to share with u all what I train to put wind in the fire and to gain motivation from this community to advance learn more and hopefully gain new pole/stretch friends ✨. I’m training mostly from home and recently got into an accident I’m still healing from. Getting stronger by each day. Thanks Felicity for an amazing platform! 🌹
Update: I really liked this one feels like it stretch my shoulders and back all over and also opened and relaxed my hips πŸ’― This is a everyday or resting day recommendation! ✨
