I personally prefer an hour class and like the Friday slot because I like routine 🤣 it does make sense to do 2x a week as if people can’t make one class they might be able to make the other one. Maybe 2x 40min classes?

Felicity Bambi doll I think I deadlifted too much weight and my back got cranky. Luckily it was short lived and around the time when everyone was slowing down for Christmas anyway so it was good timing 😬 xx

It was way better than I was expecting 😃 I hurt my back before Christmas so I thought it would be terrible starting to stretch again but it felt really good 😍
