This is still super good 😊 I don’t think I can get much further in a wrist seat now although my box split is slowly improving 😁

I personally prefer an hour class and like the Friday slot because I like routine 🤣 it does make sense to do 2x a week as if people can’t make one class they might be able to make the other one. Maybe 2x 40min classes?

I have just one class to catch up on 😁 I’ll definitely be repeating some of the classes as it’s great to get both front and box splits in the same class 🙏🏼

Felicity Bambi doll I think I deadlifted too much weight and my back got cranky. Luckily it was short lived and around the time when everyone was slowing down for Christmas anyway so it was good timing 😬 xx
