I love this one, releases so much tension

Hahahaha I love this!! I haven't gotten worked up about something like this because I love to work on my bends and it all takes time and training.

But she didnt even try to explain the move properly and I feel we can all try to see where we are at. Thats how I got many pole moves.

Anyway it really helped hahahahaha!!! Rage training for the win πŸ˜† love the trampoline story, I feel like it would be an amazing outlet hahaha

Rachel Carroll oooh my god another floofy gremlin king!! I love his pissed off expression hahahaha

His name is Pedro! He also has had a long history of GI issues. Tbh until now it was also more diarreha. So yes butt baths hahaha. Putting them on the right food makes all the difference!!

My cat is my world toooo! I was so worried!! He was constipated πŸ₯² so they had to give him laxatives in the butt. Then he needed a butt bath after, so much stress.

Hahaha this forearm stand journey is HARD. Im too scared!! I must have tried to jump up a hundred times! Your flexy stands are looking stunning xx
