Meet Joanne who first joined Align in November 2021. 💪🏼

"I wasn't always consistent at first, but after a while it just became part of my lunchtime routine whilst working from home."🩷

Joanne loves the Align videos and claims that she always feels so grounded and good afterwards.

A great bonus that Align offers is that there are different lengths of classes to fit any schedule. 🩷
