Because I was soooo afraid of falling I decided to learn to fall and I feel like that helps a lot πŸ’ƒβ˜ΊοΈ

I was trying to start with the hip higher but I feel like it doesnβ€˜t go any higher than this 🫣

Haha yees its a coffin cupboard. A friend of mine did it by herself and didn’t want it anymore so I got it πŸ€£πŸ˜»πŸ–€

Even though I didn’t manage my handstand today I had an improvement in my backbend which felt really good.
Doesnβ€˜t feel as unnatural as it used to be πŸŽ‰

Day ???
Did it on Wednesday but forgot to post it.
It was a very bad day and I felt awful and thought lets train a little maybe this helps to cheer up but instead the forearmstand and the handstand didnβ€˜t work at all and I was thinking about giving up all the handstand/ forearmstand training πŸ˜…πŸ₯Ά
So the first picture is a handstand with one arm on the pole and one arm on the floor which is something I CAN do 🀣🀣🀣
Second is my very bad attempt at the forearmstand πŸ₯Ά

But maybe thats a good thing aswell, so we may not need the wall some day? 🀣
