Looks so easy when you do it and so fearless 😻👌🏻

I was trying to start with the hip higher but I feel like it doesn‘t go any higher than this 🫣

Haha yees its a coffin cupboard. A friend of mine did it by herself and didn’t want it anymore so I got it 🤣😻🖤

Even though I didn’t manage my handstand today I had an improvement in my backbend which felt really good.
Doesn‘t feel as unnatural as it used to be 🎉

Day ???
Did it on Wednesday but forgot to post it.
It was a very bad day and I felt awful and thought lets train a little maybe this helps to cheer up but instead the forearmstand and the handstand didn‘t work at all and I was thinking about giving up all the handstand/ forearmstand training 😅🥶
So the first picture is a handstand with one arm on the pole and one arm on the floor which is something I CAN do 🤣🤣🤣
Second is my very bad attempt at the forearmstand 🥶

Still trying to find that sweet spot 😅🤣
Because I wont make it everyday with a warm up and I don‘t want to insure anything more than I already did I decided to do my hamdstands when I do a training day anyway probably 3 or 4 times a week ☺️
