Hia ! For day one of my fave classes i am choosing stretch for the bird of paradise. This is the first vid of felicity's i did after finding her classes on youtube & i loved her gentle voice approach and its a really good class i've come back to it lots of times :) 

The fact you did it regardless makes you even more badass than usual! Looked an amazing adventure as well ! 🩷
