I really have a problem with my tight hips, i cant put down my knee on Lotus pose, and, latelly, i have felt some back pain. Really feel i needed this class. I have good flexibility in my feont splits, hamstrings and shoulders but my box Split and back are super bad. Wich classes do you recommend to improve this? ( Sorry for my english, not so good)
