Totally. Progress is not linear and our body feels different on different days depending on how much exercise we have done, our emotional state, daily positions even weather etc. It happens to use all. The main thing I can invite you to do is to try and accept the days your body doesn't feel great and you don't go as deep. This is part of the journey. I am sure in the next session you will feel fantastic 😍
