Here is my straddle before stretching . I never thought I would be capable to get my Box Splits! My body proved me wrong 😃 where are you with your splits ?

Today I woke up very anxious with a crazy active mind. I felt like there was just too many things to do and not enough time. I seemed to have forgotton I am not a machine…. or a robot!🤖 Felt much better after training ! Is training your happy place ? 😍
Props you will need to next month for the Beach bum box splits challenge next month🍑💪🏼💓✨ ☑️ A Booty band (medium strength is good ) ☑️ Yoga Wheel You should be able to get them quite cheap from Amazon or Ali express Or if anyone else can recommend a store that sells them comment below ⬇️
