Thanks for your question. Do you mean the pancake with knees up? or box splits with knees up... for box split knees up you can box split towards the wall and push yourself in or pancake knees up you might can use a band around feet and back... if you don't know what I mean then DM me and we can talk more :) xxxx

Any backbend class for sure! they all have a through hip warm up so any will do x
