Yes this is common. Sometimes you will be stiffer depending on your activity..have you been sitting more? cycling? sleeping differently. Sometimes the temperature can too and also mind/mood. Your body can also take time to adapt to certain exercises too. The best thing to do is to just accept those days as everyone gets them even people who are extremely flexible. Maybe take a rest day and see how you are after :) good luck xx
