Happy Monday 🌱💫What’s your training plan for the week ?
Mine is:
✅ pole practice: 3 days (including stretching)
✅ gym : 3 days (stretch after for 15-20 minutes )
✅ one focused backend stretch session
✅ Meditation every day!
