Haven’t posted here in a while. I have been too caught up on the flexy stand challenge thread 😀 So I am here in bed with my labtop 🙈 thinking about classes and challenges for next month? Any ideas ? 💡 We haven’t done needle scales in a while ? 💘 xxx

Good question. It can be depends on how you want it to look. The backbend will become deeper if your feet dangle below your head towards the ground.  Some people aim for the feet to touch the head. Both are great and challenging :)
