I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted!
I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I canβt imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now!
Itβs all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x

So today is day 7, the final day of my suggestions!
I used to hate stretching my pancake or anything with straddles/middelsplits (really tight abductors). But I have come to love it more and more! I actually find it relaxing now!
So I wanted my last suggestion to be a pancake stretch!
And a little shoulder stretch, I usually love a combo class!!

I hope you all had a wonderful start into thr weekend!
So my flexibility journey started maybe a half year after I started Pole. I could not stand how my splits in the pole looked like let alone the front split on the floor.
All I wanted to do is drop splits haha.
So for today one of my go to classes for the front splits! I like a short class because I usually have no excuse to not get my splits in at least 3x a week.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!

Until recently I have been quite anxious about training my middle splits, but with this class I am slowly but surely getting closer to the ground!
I love a shorter class too as I can do them after work or training still!

Hi lovelies!!
Todays class suggestion is an amazing stretch for the glutes!
This class got me into my front split more comfortably and helped me to get my oversplits!
As I have pelvic pains and problems my glutes also tend to be very tight, stretching them really gives me pain relief in my glutes and lowerback.
I always forgot to stretch them but am so happy I do now π

Today for some backbends π I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders π€©
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge π
