Hellooo!
Today's practice๐Ÿค— i haven't had that much power today, i also felt a bit ill. But before the end of our short vacation i asked Mum to train once more. In the end I was about to try if i can scorpion but i'm still scared. And decided to fall ๐Ÿ˜… but the day will comeโ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿฉท

Well done to you all for attempting the pole assisted forearm stand ! Itโ€™s not easyโ€ฆ there is so much to think about in the position and it requires quite alot of bravery especially if you havnt trained forearm stands so much so please say WELL DONE to yourself for your efforts and please allow yourself NOT to be perfect ๐Ÿคฉ ! It would not be challenging if it came easily and the little bits of balance would not be as satisfying ๐Ÿ’•I trained forearm stands for years over and over until I could finally found balance on all surfaces with no fear. In one of my first ever competitions I put one in and really thought it was going to be solid and I fell out of it on stage . I was heartbroken but it made me try even harderโ€ฆ. Learning and growing and trying is the key not looking for something quick, shiny and perfect ๐Ÿ”‘ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ ๐ŸŒฑ Look forward to teaching you guys the next part on Thursday ๐Ÿ’•

Hiii!! Today i attempted this forearm stand with the pole and oh my god was this hard. I tried soooo many times ๐Ÿ˜… this was my best attempt haha.
I have a hard time keeping my hips high and standing on the toebox, as i feeel i slide away.
Is it maybe also better/ ok if i keep my shoulder behind the pole? I tried to keep it next to the pole now, but i feel like it made it a lot harder. Usually i jump up with my shoulder behind the pole.
Anyway after all that i did almost grab my heel in an inverted eagle hehe.
I will keep trying!! The fore arm stand from the wall feels easier now ๐Ÿ˜ฌ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜…
Thanks xxx

Hi all!!
I haven't had the chance yet to try the scorpion on the pole yet, I will tomorrow, but I had a go at it at my friends.
In the second photo she was spotting me (I made her the catsuit she is wearing and in return she is helping me with arm balances haha). I did the forbidden thing though - I did not warm up my back very well ๐Ÿซฅ
The second try I could hold it for a second myself. I have this issue where my elbows always keep splaying out (also with forearm bridge for example). I'm not sure how to keep them from doing that - is it a shoulder mobility thing?
Can't wait to try on the pole! (With a properly warmed up back ofcourse!!)

Thanks ๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–๐Ÿ’–

Hello Guys!

Let me share what I celebrate today: no matter what, we go on! Working on fears...
As i mentioned on our last meeting my Mum super scared of my trainings. Even if she is just watching. Although she is my biggest support always and ever! I know very well how much she is terrified of handstands and any acrobatic stuff. So today I've asked her for helping and work together on our fears. She understood that her fear can block me as well. I don't lie if i say this training was in my top5 trainings in my whole life! So magical. First times i fell, she was crying :D Than with her assistance i was able to switch off my automatic reflex to fall and in the end i entered by myself. She just put her hands but didn't touch. Than I asked to hold my hip to try to bend the leg. And also in the end she cried just a little bit and both of us reliefed so much <3

Thank you Felicity for giving homework as well and for the chance to work on skills everywhere even without pole! Try to attach video, if i can not, here are some pics.
