It feels good. I’m a little sore on my left side so I’m putting in extra nurturing stretches n warmup on that side before I go inte splits. If I’m doing right side split twice I alway do one extra the left trying to even them out 🤸

Right side split comes more natural 2 me & I can see in this picture that it’s both more flat n straight👇🏽

Done! ✔️ Left split picture..and the one I’m struggling with the most. I always do one extra time on this side since it’s weaker & since I can’t do this one on my first time tying most of the times 💪🏽

Left (weaker) side split felt strong today at the online class! 🥳✨ I’m gonna save the replay in my library since it was so good exercises 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Done! ✔️Just finished day2. Feeling a big differences between right n left hamstring. My left one I so much more stiffer. Hoping to get a steady left split after this challange. I already got my right one and want to be balanced and even with splits on both sides.
