Omg! Me to! 😆💯

Lovely class! ✨🦋

Hope you all had a good weekend. My body was aching & told me to rest a little. I went to visit mom & recharged at her place so now I’m ready for a new week.

Last weeks workout schedule logs:

Monday: “Therapeutic hips n lower back” “lower body” & “Create space Yin” class

Tueasday: RESTDAY

Wednesday: “sound healing yin” class

Thursday: “Jade split flexibility” & “Deep backbends & happy hips” online class

Friday: “Strong shoulders” & “Active hip mastery” class

Saturday/Sunday: RESTDAYS

Update with another split outside my home (since the other one didn’t get captured haha)

Did the “active hips mastery” & “strong shoulders” class today at the beach.

When I was supposed to film my split after class my camera didn’t capture it 😆🙃 but i promise that I did one! 💯

Perfect start of the day! ✨☀️

Took the “Jade split flexibility” class outdoor and a quick swim in the sea before work today ✨

Looking forward to today’s online class!

Dropping in a little bit late because of work!

Yvonne D. I am really trying my best! 😅 The hardest part has been to get over the upside down fear but I’ve past it now so I can focus on finding more balance.
