I love to stretch meditate dance take a walk by the water or taking a hot shower/bath when I’m feeling low. The hardest part is to push through and actually do it instead of getting paralyzed and stuck in those bad emotions when they come. I’m high sensetive so I’m really effected by people and environments.

Sunday day 7: This is my in the moment favorite since I’m challenging myself with this task at the moment. It’s called “Forearm stands & bridge kick over” and is a pole combo challenge with Felicitys sexy signature moves.. 🧨💥👠 The combo is in 4 parts classes with a pre stretch class before each and every part.
I can’t link the video but you find it in the Floor goddess folders (for gold members)

Saturday day 6: The “Straddles & Spatchcocks” class is one of my top list class when it comes to hips opening exercises. This is a good class if you want to work on your box splits & tight hamstrings aswell..✨

Friday day 5: since I love poledance I want to recommend the “Unleashed the goddess within challenge” there’s a pre stretch before every class were the warmup is created for the tricks of the class. One of my favorites is this class called “Flow and kip (int)” and yes it’s a class that will unleash the goddess within you! 🔥👑💕
