I like those 1 hour classes it’s so nice to have at least one long stretch session/week. 2 classes/week is also good for me but as Natasha wrote I also prefer to have 40min classes then ☺️🙋🏼‍♀️✨

My work schedule is in control of days/time I can join since I’m working shifts (both day/evening in a mix) but I’m joining every class I can! 💕✨
