WOW! I’m not always able to do my splits but after this stretch I made it on my right side and It was even comfortable βœ¨πŸ’•πŸŒΉ
This one immediately got my back bendier! βœ¨πŸ‘ŒπŸ½
Got a new back after this one! ✨ Looking forward to get a bendier back mine always been stiff (next workout Wednesday) 🦾

I’m gonna start to share with u all what I train to put wind in the fire and to gain motivation from this community to advance learn more and hopefully gain new pole/stretch friends ✨. I’m training mostly from home and recently got into an accident I’m still healing from. Getting stronger by each day. Thanks Felicity for an amazing platform! 🌹
Update: I really liked this one feels like it stretch my shoulders and back all over and also opened and relaxed my hips πŸ’― This is a everyday or resting day recommendation! ✨
