Dolly inspired me to try the stubborn shoulders class! Here are the results haha.

Quite intense not going to lie.

Spicy to breathe in aswell.

I will try again, trying to be more comfortable and learn how to breath here haha.

Hi friends!

Friday and today I did forearm stands and I even stacked some chest stands on top, after some lifting.

Now I am sore haha! But it feels great to do these regularly.

I want to ask you all for some tips on the cheststand, today I felt like I got deeper aka, I felt more weight on my shoulders/neck, I really felt my whole neck on the mat, not just my chin and I got spooked haha. But I guess that is the correct feeling? How do you control it?

Also anyone else getting matburn from these hahaha

I still have no idea how you get your hips high and over 😂😅 but I guess I will get there at some point.

Hiii friends!

Just a little middle splits footage! I also managed to figure out the swim through!

When I am with my chest to the floor my hips are not completely flat yet, but I am well on my way!
