Hello all 🤗

This week I have been stretching slowly but surely into my splits again

With the front splits; right is fine, left is still recovering. I try not to push at all, just trying to get used to the splits stretching again.

Box splits; well the box splits are going good! I seem to have no pain pain (just stretch) at all, and I am becoming more comfortable!

Hiii friends!!
So I finally made it in the real inverted eagle from inside leghang. All via my 'less mobile' shoulder (my right side is more flexible).

I had so much fun training and dancing today 😍✨

Hi lovelies!

Still recovering from a cold and some flare ups!
But felt like doing some standing splits today!

Left hip is still on the mend, but my right has definitely made progress!!

Hiii!
So stretching my front splits is not on the cards atm. I will try for middle splits and pancakes again soon.

But now we bend! Haven't done the sacred spine yet, I willl catch up coming week! Here's some footage from the king Cobra class! I loved it.
Hips are high but we try!!

Hi my flexy friends!

So I really thought I figured inverted eagle out here, until I realised that I was in my outside leghang 😆 (was practicing cherry ribbon).

As I managed to pop my pelvis out of place again by existing, (thanks to my amazing chiropractor I am doing MUCH better) this months backbends really come at the right time, once again!

Who knows I might make it into inverted eagle soon!! 🥹💋

Found an old pole vid I felt like sharing, I don't think I shared much of my poleing. I haven't been on the pole for a bit and I can't wait to be back this thursday!

Day 1 and day 2 in one post haha!

I have been on and off struggling with my mental health, but its getting better. Stretching is my moment of peace!

Super happy with my middles progress, and I feel like i can practice my front splits without tooooo much pain.

Practicing patience and trusting in the universe is exactly what I need rn. Thanks for reading my mind Felicity Bambi doll 😆

Hiii!
Caught up on the needle today!
The good news: i finally touched down in the front splits on the left side and i managed to grab my foot with both hands on the left!
For the right; a little less exstention then normal. I should keep up my needle training more!
Also I did my best for a halloweenie outfit hehehe.

Hi friends!!
So today is day 7, the final day of my suggestions!
I used to hate stretching my pancake or anything with straddles/middelsplits (really tight abductors). But I have come to love it more and more! I actually find it relaxing now!
So I wanted my last suggestion to be a pancake stretch!
And a little shoulder stretch, I usually love a combo class!!
