Hi lovelies!!
Todays class suggestion is an amazing stretch for the glutes!
This class got me into my front split more comfortably and helped me to get my oversplits!
As I have pelvic pains and problems my glutes also tend to be very tight, stretching them really gives me pain relief in my glutes and lowerback.
I always forgot to stretch them but am so happy I do now 😍

Enjoy!! 😍😍

Hi All,
Welcome to day 2 🤩💖
Today for some backbends 💖 I love a good backbend!
My back has always been fairly flexy, but my shoulders.. not so much! After a couple of years of martial arts training, and no shoulder stretching, I ended up at the fysio and was ready and aware to stretch those shoulders 🤩
The class below helped me to reach my first bendy goal which was to fully extend my arms in a bridge 💖
Enjoy xxx

Hello my flexy friends!
This week I will give you my suggestions for the 'class of the day'
Today we discussed about mental well beimg in the accountability meeting. One of my favourite coping strategies is yin yoga.
So I thought it would be nice to start the week with one of my all time favourites!
After the class 'yin hips' I always feel calm, centered and just so relieved 🩷
Enjoy! I recommend having pillows and a cup of tea handy 👌

Lots of love xx

Hi guys!! Back with a forearm stand!!
Although I haven't managed to do a forearmstand/handstand as much as I like i feel more safe in kicking up! I even get some hovers.
Does anyone of you ever rage train? 😅 today a substitute aerial hoop teacher kept going on how my back wasnt flexy/ strong enough to try a certain move (i asked her for some cues because i sometimes have a hard time engaging the correct muscles, especially upside down and she just kept going on about how my back wasnt strong and flexy enough). Which really kind off triggered me.
Anyway I got home and rage trained my back and forearm stands.
Sorry for the rant and the bad angles!! Really do feel my forearm stand is getting stronger and i start to engage better!!

Hiiii!!

It was so much fun to finally join the live today!

I loved the class!! Yesterday I got my body cracked by my fysio (my left hip is tilted and very much stuck) and I usually work out in the evenings so I was on my peak energy this morning hahahaa!!! But actually loved being a bit earlier with training then usual.

No handstand kick ups for me today - you are right Felicity it's a mental block. I have it with everything. Even if I get in the pose sometimes I freak out and have to get out again straight away! Anyway, my forearmstand kick ups - a lot more solid now! Practice is the cure hehe 💝
Awkward angle handstands, but no energy to recapture hahaha

Lots of love and happy weekend ❣️

Hii! Here is day 4!
The last pick is more or less how i feel trying to get my forearm stand 😆

I felt more strong today although it was a tough day because my cat had to go to the vet ( he is feeling much better now!!).

Still def cant find my balancing point. I think i will try with the sofa tomorrow. I am doing my best to keep my lower back in check but it feels like it just wants to flop around haha.
Anyway! I trained! Yay! ❤️✨️

Hiii!! Today i attempted this forearm stand with the pole and oh my god was this hard. I tried soooo many times 😅 this was my best attempt haha.
I have a hard time keeping my hips high and standing on the toebox, as i feeel i slide away.
Is it maybe also better/ ok if i keep my shoulder behind the pole? I tried to keep it next to the pole now, but i feel like it made it a lot harder. Usually i jump up with my shoulder behind the pole.
Anyway after all that i did almost grab my heel in an inverted eagle hehe.
I will keep trying!! The fore arm stand from the wall feels easier now 😬😍😅
Thanks xxx

Hi all!!
I haven't had the chance yet to try the scorpion on the pole yet, I will tomorrow, but I had a go at it at my friends.
In the second photo she was spotting me (I made her the catsuit she is wearing and in return she is helping me with arm balances haha). I did the forbidden thing though - I did not warm up my back very well 🫥
The second try I could hold it for a second myself. I have this issue where my elbows always keep splaying out (also with forearm bridge for example). I'm not sure how to keep them from doing that - is it a shoulder mobility thing?
Can't wait to try on the pole! (With a properly warmed up back ofcourse!!)

Thanks 💖💖💖
