I also learned PNF technic in instructor courses. Maybe 7 yeras ago... I remember I didn't understand it at all. I hated it. It took me years to adopt this technic. Even though I use just very some times if I train alone,  I like doing it with you. I find it hard but very effective and yes, i can go deeper after each repetition. Thank you for this amazing class <3
