Oki, I try to describe :D
Well... I'm so confused now. In hungary we don't use this expression "box split" and "pancake".
So if I understand well, pancake is the stranddle. Bum is on the floor. I'm okay with this position with knees up.
Box split, is like middle split, right? I'm struggling with the excercise when start from the squat and trying to keep knees up. There are two options:
1. My hip automatically turns to "to arch", knees turns automatically to the front and I do what I used to do. Middle split with knees up.
2. My feets are splipping, I'm trying to control hip and knees but I fall (land) into a freakin' big straddle with knees up.
