Day 16 β I forgot to do my flexy stand π¬ Just remembered now before bed. My handstand felt like a wobbly disaster because I am sooo tired and my shoulders are fatigued from pole !
Day 9 β Decided to change it up and do a forearm stand as Iβve been prioritising handstand scorpions during this challenge as I really want to do one on stage with heels !π π¦
