Today's class will give you a really great full body stretch in 30 minutes 😍 It can also be a warm up for a sexy pole session as we focus on flowing through movements while we stretch. It is a unique class on the platform and had a lot of great feedback. Try to stay present throughout the class by keep returning to the breath. Muriel Leiser I think that interlacing the hands with the arms behind you will help you to have a more flat back. Do you think its your lower back that could need more stretch out first? Its looking excellent though, You are almost there !
