Happy new year! ✨🦋🌙 so excited to get started with you all on Monday the 6th!
Here is some things to note 📝
Each week there will be a 15 minutes guided meditation that will correspond with the weekly intention. Please listen 4 x a week minimum ( for best results listen everyday) 🧘‍♀️
Live sessions are every Friday at 10:30am (recordings available after )
Please take a photo each day with a brief comment or sentence about how you felt during and after your training so we can monitor our progress, emotions and mindset ✨
