I had this exact same surgery last January 2024, hope you are doing well! I found the recovery SO painful and very tough mentally not being able to use my hand to put on socks or wash my hair🫠💀! My biggest recommendation is going to a good physio as soon as you recover from the initial surgery. That really helped in strengthening my wrist.

I would recommend any of Felicity’s hips classes as they dont have leaning on the wrist, upper back classes, her miracle morning series were great too I remember. Full body stretch classes are good too and just skip any poses leaning on your wrist.
