What i would do is kick up onto the wall with one leg, the slowly lift it away & try and find the balance point - this went on for MONTHS😡😡😡😂then one day i balanced!!!!! Im 2 days late joining the forearm stand/handstand challenge but better late than never😅I had been feeling exhausted after a very busy week at work but found some energy today🖤🤸🏻Also to add that I had wrist surgery earlier this year, so feeling very proud of getting my handstands strength back 💪🏻its been a long journey of recovery for me this year - which has been really tough both mentally & physically🥲
