Had to heat up the room today after having -23 degrees celsius (-9,4 degrees Fahrenheit) this night, and it was freezing inside 😅

Day 3 completed! Thank you for the reminder to be mindful when stretching. For me my shoulders & upper back need much more attention 💖 #polestarflexibility
