I try to do two handstands or forearm stands every training as I want to be consistent but anymore than that feels too much as I want to pole! ๐

Dolly inspired me to try the stubborn shoulders class! Here are the results haha.
Quite intense not going to lie.
Spicy to breathe in aswell.
I will try again, trying to be more comfortable and learn how to breath here haha.
