Here is what she says;I started poling years ago and I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it.I’m self taught from watching YouTube and buying dvds of Bobbi vivoda, Leigh Anne, Pantera and all the old school polers. I always wanted to get my Eagle and ultimately the rainbow marchenko and always meant to "work towards them”. It wasn’t until a friend bought me my dream brass pole 45mm and I thought, “yes! The time is now! 😉”I'd always followed and admired your flexy and strong dancing so when I found Align I signed up in spring last year. I had a goal to stick with it. However I had no idea that somewhere along the line of doing your classes, the help of the app and challenges, I became addicted! I have started to love and look forward to my stretching. I never thought it would happen! Seeing progress is so motivating and I can’t imagine not stretching and working towards bendier goals now! It’s all pretty much down to starting and sticking with Align and having a very gorgeous and bendy inspiration such as you! x ✨November community challenge ✨Ever find it hard to focus? Today's class will give you a really great full body stretch in 30 minutes 😍 It can also be  a warm up for a sexy pole session as we focus on flowing through movements while we stretch. It is a unique class on the platform and had a lot of great feedback. Try to stay present throughout the class by keep returning to the breath. Hiii!! Today i attempted this forearm stand with the pole and oh my god was this hard. I tried soooo many times 😅 this was my best attempt haha.
I have a hard time keeping my hips high and standing on the toebox, as i feeel i slide away.
Is it maybe also better/ ok if i keep my shoulder behind the pole? I tried to keep it next to the pole now, but i feel like it made it a lot harder. Usually i jump up with my shoulder behind the pole.
Anyway after all that i did almost grab my heel in an inverted eagle hehe.
I will keep trying!! The fore arm stand from the wall feels easier now 😬😍😅

I recommend that if you are new to forearm stands to visit a forearm stand class on the platform  to get your body used to trying the position. Excited to announce that I will be teaching you all a Monthly sexy Floorwork combo . I will break down a different element of the combo each week so that it becomes digestible and then we will put it all together by the end of the month. I will provide different modifications so this will be open level. Perhaps you want to work on the entire combo or maybe there is just one element you want to focus on. There are sooo many possibilities for a poledancer 😜🤭 even if you don't feel comfortable for first.. you can adopt! Just don't forget to BE YOURSELF! 🥰

I've been using Align almost 1 year. Yes, i was already flexible enough when i started. But i discovered new skills of my body, i experienced a lot and not only learnt new shapes but i've built also new connection with my Body! Thank you Felicity 🩷
