Still recovering from a cold and some flare ups!
But felt like doing some standing splits today!
Left hip is still on the mend, but my right has definitely made progress!!

This may seem like a strange question, but is anyone aware of any videos that require less from the wrists? Iβm currently recovering from ganglion cyst surgical removal, and want to focus back on my flexibility training. Naturally, I canβt flex/extend or put weight through my dominant wrist at the moment. Any guidance or signposting would be super helpful!

So stretching my front splits is not on the cards atm. I will try for middle splits and pancakes again soon.
But now we bend! Haven't done the sacred spine yet, I willl catch up coming week! Here's some footage from the king Cobra class! I loved it.

Soo grateful and pleased that I am now doing regular shows here now !π I had missed performing and it has been challenging the past few years for me to not perform much as it was such a huge part of my life for so long ππ» (and yes can be a little challenging pole dancing in the sun, I need a lot of dry hands !)




Hello everyone ! I am so excited , this is my first ever cocoon β₯οΈβ₯οΈβ₯οΈ I have been stretching my shoulders, back and chest vigorously these past few months. My favorite align videos are the ones that stretch shoulders, I find them the best thing before or after my pole sessions. I will keep on stretching to make this better and hopefully my second hand will reach my foot one day !
