Over the last few days I used the "Janeiro Series" and the "Stretches For Janeiro" and I saw some improvements! #workinprogress ๐ช

Tuesday above, Sunday below. First week. Front splits was something I never thought would be possible for me, happy to already see some progress. And most importantly, I have made progress in my mind, I now believe it is possible ๐โค๏ธ๐

Meet Vic, a busy pole teacher who uses the Align App to stay consistent with her flexibility training. โIf Iโm not consistent my flexibility reflects that,โ she claims. ๐
Vic joined Align three years ago and was โbeyond stiffโ before starting her pole journey. She had to work โextremely hardโ to get to where she is today. Vic is proof that hard work and consistent training pay off! Congratulations Vic! ๐
The classes in the Align app are โvery relaxing,โ she claims, and enable her to switch off from the world for an hour each time. Vic loves to use the meditation on the app as part of her evening routine so she can unwind & sleep peacefully. She also loves the monthly challenges that keep her focused on a particular stretching goal. Her favourites are the needle-scale & box split challenges! ๐ฟโจ
