Stack of pillows or something soft to hold works a treat for me. If I am feeling stiff I also like to put a blok or a pillow underneath my things or groin. So I can't fully sink into my max (feels safe & something soft underneath my tight areas). Going to try the breathing and talking to my hips! β€οΈ
