Awesome! I’m happy you are trying these too! 🫶🏻 yes elbows splaying out is usually lack or engagement in the muscles around the shoulders and upper back. So lots of shoulder warm up and stretch prior can help . You can also hold onto a block or put a band around your upper arm to help with alignment 😌

Your almost there ! You did find the balance for a few seconds which is great. Keep repeating it . Do what feels good for your shoulder in terms of positions and make sure you are pulling up loads with that top hand . Your right it’s not easy. Your song great !
