I filmed this class in the Dunes of Maspalomas which is very close to my house💕 It was a magical experience to record there but pretty tricky as the sand gets everywhere ! Including in my eyes and in the camera 🎥🫣 enjoy this upper back treat! 

Achieving the box splits was one of my greatest achievements 🫶🏻💕 It was a powerful journey that started  my whole flexibility path. After box splits I went on to backbends and then contortion. Enjoy the class . 😍 where are you with your box splits ?

Today’s class is for balancing the shoulders 💪🏼 it’s important to focus on strengthening and stretching especially if you are a pole dancer ! 😍enjoy it!

Today's class will give you a really great full body stretch in 30 minutes 😍 It can also be  a warm up for a sexy pole session as we focus on flowing through movements while we stretch. It is a unique class on the platform and had a lot of great feedback. Try to stay present throughout the class by keep returning to the breath.
