You need to make sure that you have a tight grip. Squeezing the inside thigh into the pole helps too x

Kind of getting into a routine here in Mexico Playa del carmen . I signed up to the gym and have been trying out different pole studios to see which one is best for training in while I am here. Are any of you from Mexico? 🇲🇽 ❤️
